Why "Passionate Performance"?
Passionate Performance is a name that I’ve carried along my career for a very long time. For me, it combines the two things that matter most, given any professional venture.
“Passionate” stands for the enthusiasm and passion I bring to the table, both for the challenge itself, as for the people and the organization I am always honored to work together with.
“Performance” stands for my focus on and drive for high quality results. I don’t get energy from a job done in a mediocre way. I aim to bring my utmost and to inspire the team I work together with to do the same.
What problem are you solving for?
Many organizations struggle to maximize the value they generate from their data. Usually there is a lot of data, a lot of people opinionated about it, a lot of professionals working with it and a lot of systems to process it. Still it feels to have grown beyond control. I am here to help get you and your organization back in the drivers seat.
How is your approach?
Being a freelancer, my approach is to serve and support your organization, at the place where you’re at. I do bring my experience, my opinions and my ambitions, but not to serve my own agenda, but to serve yours.
To that end, I like to be part of a team and feel a strong loyalty towards / identification with the organization I’m part of. Although I consider myself to be somewhat of a corporate rebel, I keep this functional.
